Rate Rules and Cancellation Policy
- Full Prepayment required upon booking confirmation
- Full refund available for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival
- Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to an amendment fee of THB2,000, payable by guests at the time of change.
- Booking Amendments resulting in lower rates cannot be refunded.
- Confirmed bookings may only be amended up to seven days prior to arrival
